Usage: Take a sufficient amount of Ksheerabala Thailam and place it in warm water. Wash and wipe your feet dry, then sit comfortably on your bed. Protect your linens by spreading an old t-shirt or towel on the bed and placing your feet on it. Take a few drops of warm Ksheerabala Thailam and massage your soles and ankles one by one with a firm hand. Apply the oil gently on your ankle, soles, between the toes, and in the front in circular motions.
Pinch and press each toe gently, stroke the length of your foot, interlace your fingers between the toes, and roll the ankle in both directions. Continue massaging for at least 5-10 minutes.
